Honey Maple's Beau Garcon

Here he is...our foundation herdsire Lazaro's first male offspring and he is beautiful! Best of Luxe is just what his name implies..luxurious fleece that is getting nicer and nicer over time. Luxe is another of our boys we will be watching with anticipation. He should be a good one! Luxe was a nice sized boy at 19.8 lbs. He is developing a very dense, fine and lustrous fleece. Mom, Lyra, is a Hanapepe (Kahuna) daughter and sire, Lazaro--a Kahuna's Lexus son, is a product of the Kahuna AND Crown Royale lines. He holds top 1% EPDs in 3 categories!! This guy was destined to be luxurious! Luxe is so very touchable and we love to see his flowing locks as he runs with the other crias...so entertaining and beautiful to watch. Luxe is a full-sibling to our beautiful girl Lydia (sadly deceased). Lydia was a promising young female with loads of extremely dense fleece. See her picture under Luxe's profile. He is also half-sibling to Masada. The offspring of Lazaro are consistently showing very nice fleece characteristics! UPDATE--MAY 2021 Luxe placed 3rd and 4th at MAPACA Gala/Jubilee in a VERY competitive class of white juvie males. The judges loved his beautiful luster and density, commenting that all the males in the class were packing on an impressive amount of fiber for their age. We feel that he had a very solid showing and will continue to watch this boy develop! **JULY 2024 Update** Luxe has his first cria on the ground now and he is a beauty! We are VERY pleased with the result of pairing LUXE with Buttermilk. Their cria got the best of both parents' traits and we are anxiously watching him grow. Check out Beau Garcon, our "Handsome Boy!"
