ICONIC Countess Clare

Connemara (Conne) was another rare find for us at Honey Maple Farms! She comes from a line of fantastic genetics and should contribute nicely to our herd. Conne is a big, inquisitive girl and a great mom! Conne's 2018 daughter, Ultima, is a beautiful girl out of Mont Alejandro. Conne delivered a BIG male cria, with very wrinkled skin, on 6/8/2020 from Ssilken's Accoyo Loar. Loar sports some very nice EPD stats! Gaelic Loar (Gael) of HMFS is exhibiting a ton of very dense fleece already. He was over 50 lbs. at only 2 1/2 months old! Now over 80 lbs. at 5 months! We feel he is going to be an amazing male for us in the future!! *JUNE 21 ,2021 UPDATE* Conne delivered yet another large, DENSE, male cria today from 5X Champion Pine's Edge Way To Go. This is his first male cria to date, Celtic Valor, and his fleece feels and looks amazing!! **July 2022** Conne and Sammy have produced a gorgeous male cria for us! Welcome Jameson!! Sammy has incredible density..76.8 follicles/mm.. and is still producing beautiful fleece at 4 years old. His EPD stats are top notch as well! We were looking forward to this cria with great anticipation. Madiba X Belmonte genetics...WOW! What a pedigree for this little guy!!! Conne has proven 4 times now, that she is a fantastic producer for us. Each of her 4 of her offspring to date has incredible density and wonderful conformation...ALL with different sires. We think she is a keeper!! **6/4/26** Conne delivered our FIRST cria out of El Dorado Playboy..and it's a GIRL!! We were fortunate to be able to lease Playboy (from California) in 2025, and we are expecting 4 more crias later this summer. Well, we started off with a BANG! This female is very promising..perfect wedge head and correct ear set, strong conformation, straight legs and just a ton of cuteness!! Her fleece is shining and she is loaded with wrinkled skin, which I love to see. I could not be happier with the results of this combination of genetics...Madiba, Kahuna, Spirit Dancer, and Ch'aska!
